About the Founder

Brooke Adedeji

Brooke Adedeji is the founder of Dream More Next Generation. Brooke has been in education for over 16 years and worked as an educator for the Chicago Head Start program for more than five years. While working in Head Start, she educated, trained, and built student teachers into capable professionals.

After moving to Texas, Brooke became a head director of a school, managing multiple campuses with outstanding outcomes. She played a key role in organizing fundraisers, donating to children’s charities, and giving back to families with children in need.

During the pandemic, Brooke opened her personal home to foster children facing challenging circumstances. Since then, she has adopted a child and continues to foster and nurture young minds through her dedication and compassion.
